Shopee Supported Logistics will attempt delivery at the delivery address stated on the shipping label. If there is a failed attempt, Shopee Supported Logistics will attempt to contact the buyer to arrange for a redelivery time before making the second redelivery attempt (except for Same Day Delivery and Self Collection Point). If for whatever reason, Shopee Supported Logistics has attempted two redeliveries and both failed, the parcel will be returned to the seller.
